About Us
A family house with apartments and over 20 years of rental experience. We are located in a small, sunny fishing village of Vinišće. The property consists of 5 apartments in one building and a studio apartment right by the sea.
On the spacious plot next to the house there is a swimming pool with internal stairs measuring 12x6 m and a depth of 1-1.5 m, a mini golf course and a gazebo with seating and billiards. We also have a basketball court, an outdoor barbecue and parking if you come by car.
The interior of the apartment consists of two rooms, a kitchen with a living room, a bathroom and a hallway. Each room is equipped with beds of the highest quality and comfort. The kitchen contains everything you need for cooking (hotplates, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, various utensils for preparing food and dishes).
The kitchen and the rooms have access to spacious terraces with a sea view. If you are a lover of nature and peaceful surroundings and top-notch service, we are the ideal choice for you.
